Before UNICOBA, Fernandes worked at A&M, being responsible for dozens of projects focused on raising capital and structuring companies. The executive was also CFO of a mining company, in addition to having worked in the treasury of AMBEV, Fram Capital, Votorantim Asset Management and Banco Santander.

James Ellis is Head of Latin America Research for BloombergNEF (BNEF). He oversees an analyst team focused on research and analysis into clean energy, advanced transport, digital industry, innovative materials and commodities across the region. James holds an M.P.A. from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and a B.A. magna cum laude from New York University.

Luiza Demôro is the global Head of Energy Transitions at BloombergNEF (BNEF), Bloomberg's strategic research provider covering global commodity markets and the disruptive technologies driving the transition to a low-carbon economy.
